PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Cuticle Softener for easier cuticle removal during a manicure.
Instructions:
Apply an appropriate amount of REMOVER to the cuticles and leave on for about 2-3 minutes.
Use an ORANGE WOOD STICK to gently push back and lift the cuticles. Then remove them with SCISSORS or NIPPERS designed for cuticle removal.
Dry thoroughly and clean with COTTON PAD and CLEANSER.
