Trendy small glittering confetti suitable for application to a tacky surface of color gel or under a gel.
You can apply the confetti to a tacky surface of color gel by applying them with your finger to the cured color gel and pressing them very gently to create a uniform, smooth surface. Gently remove the excess from around the nail with a FAN brush and apply the gloss.
You can also apply confetti to a thin layer of clear builder gel or to gloss without tacky surface EXTREME TOP SHINE. After curing, apply an even layer of gloss to create a uniform glittering effect under the gel.
Each way you use it, you will create a beautiful, different and original effect.
