PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Fine powder pigments with a full cover can be applied by various means:
- they are perfect for ombré effect creation thanks to their perfect consistency - an ideal tool for this technique is STIPPLING SOFT brush, which beatifully connects the colors
- you can mix different pigments and create new neon shades
- small quantity of pigment can be added to the gel
- the best choice is white surface which leads to glowing effect of the pigments
Application: Spread thin even layer of ARCTIC WHITE no wipe gel (LED - 20 s) or PERFECT WHITE gel (LED - 30-40 s) and cure them. (The color intensity depends on the curing time of the white surface, therefore we recommend to check the right timing with your lamp.) Pick up small quantity of the pigment by the STIPPLING brush and apply it evenly on the whole white surface. Remove the excess amount of the pigment from the cuticle surrounding by the FAN brush. Fix the pigment by two layers of top coat which has to be applied also on the non pigmented edge of the nail.
